These Terms of Use apply when you visit ReliableArt, use its tools, subscribe to the Weekend Edit, or submit gallery information. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service or submit information.

2. What ReliableArt provides
ReliableArt is an independent informational guide to galleries, exhibitions, opening receptions, and related cultural activity. Unless we clearly state otherwise, ReliableArt is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or acting for a listed gallery, artist, museum, ticketing service, or event organiser.
We may add, edit, feature, unpublish, or remove listings and submissions at our editorial discretion. A directory listing is not a guarantee of quality, availability, safety, accessibility, or suitability for a particular visitor.
3. Check details before you visit
Exhibition dates, opening hours, admission, accessibility, ticket requirements, event times, and gallery locations may change without notice. While we aim to keep the guide accurate, you should confirm important details with the gallery or event organiser before travelling, purchasing tickets, or making plans.
ReliableArt does not provide art investment, valuation, legal, tax, financial, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and visits.
4. External websites and services
ReliableArt may link to gallery websites, maps, ticketing providers, and social-media pages. These services are run by third parties. We do not control or take responsibility for their content, availability, purchases, privacy practices, or terms.
5. Gallery submissions and corrections
If you submit gallery information, you confirm that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide it. You give ReliableArt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, reproduce, edit for clarity and length, publish, and display the submitted information as needed to operate, promote, and improve the directory.
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, confidential, or infringing material. Do not submit photographs, artwork, logos, or other copyrighted material unless you own the rights or have permission for ReliableArt to use it. We may contact you to verify a submission and may decline or remove any material.
To request a correction, removal, or review of a listing or image, email info@reliableart.com with the relevant page link and enough detail for us to investigate.
6. Intellectual property
ReliableArt's design, written editorial material, compilation of listings, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Gallery names, artist names, artwork, photographs, logos, and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use ReliableArt for personal, non-commercial discovery. You may not copy, republish, systematically extract, scrape, resell, or create a competing database from our content without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits it.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse ReliableArt. In particular, you must not:
- interfere with the website, its security, or another user;
- use automated tools to access or harvest the service at scale;
- submit spam, false information, or impersonate another person;
- use the service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity; or
- attempt to access non-public data or systems.
8. Availability and liability
ReliableArt is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or availability of the service or any third-party content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReliableArt and Jüri Randla will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on a listing, missed event, third-party website, or use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of ReliableArt, and may update these Terms as the service develops. The current version will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. If you continue using ReliableArt after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
10. Your consumer rights
These Terms do not limit any rights that cannot be waived under the consumer-protection laws that apply where you live.
